I'm renting a 65 sq m (645 sq ft) ranch house just steps from the lighthouse.

It has solar panels (for LED lights and a cell phone/tablet charger).
Mini-fridge.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven.
Gas water heater (for hot water in the shower). Cold water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
Large living room with a wood-burning stove and clay oven.
Two bedrooms with beds for seven people and new mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep and a more comfortable stay.
Outside: a 1000-liter (500 sq ft) water tank (must be filled by the tenants) and a small barbecue grill.
